As once your kind donations are collected there is a very small window
of only 24 hours before the items are either unloaded into a warehouse
of around 25 ton plus of bags and boxes (like looking for a needle in a
haystack) or shipped across to our buyers abroad, at this point of the
process we will not be held liable for any belongings that were not
meant for donation.
