Flawless service! They email and call you prior to pick up to talk to you through when and what to do. Collection was very prompt and they leave a flyer so you know they've successfully collected your items from your doorstep! Will use again! Great choice of charities to support too!

We had a large collection of clothes (17 Bags). We arranged a collection, which was very straight forward and pleasant helpful staff. The collection went ahead as arranged, very pleased with the service.

Requested a collection as the first one didn't get collected.
Came on the day as arranged no issues. Clothes were ready and waiting for them

Collection 1st April 

It was a little difficult to get through on the phone initially but once I completed the online form I was contacted within 10 minutes which was great. The driver arrived early the next day and well within the allotted time slot. He took all of the bags to his van no issues and was polite. This is also the second time I have used this service and will definitely use it again in the future. Easy, quick and nice to know that our unwanted clothes are put towards a good cause.

Made arrangements for my 3 bags to be collected. Due to me not being able to carry the bags outside, when i rang they arranged with the driver to knock on my door, to help me with my bags. Very professional and polite team. Bags were collected on the date i got told! Will be using this service again and have already recommended to my family and friends.

Lovely gentleman for collection .however I was told between 8am and 3pm .however I had calls at 6.45am that were collected at 7am .he said he started at 6am.
Next time I will leave it out the night before .lovely friendly men.

This was my first time using this company, and I have already recommended them to several contacts. First class communication throughout, with a follow up message to check if I still required a pick up the day before.
We agreed on a safe, dry place to leave the bags just in case it rained.
Unfortunately I was out when the driver called, but everything went according to plan.
The people I had contact with seem genuinely committed to doing a good job, and as such should be applauded.

Himley Cricket Club are delighted to have a Collection4Clothes recycling unit on our grounds. Not only do we feel that we are helping raise funds for charities, but also raising awareness of Collection4Clothes and the great work they are doing.

 I missed a collection by Collection4clothes but later phoned the number on the plastic bag left for me to see when they might be calling in my area again. I was given the advice that because I had five bags to collect I could email for assistance. My email was answered quickly and politely and a date given when I  could place my bags outside my house. True to their word the bags were duly picked up on that date and the very pleasant driver came round to the back of my house to confirm he had made the collection and gave me a confirmation card. So, all good service. I hope my donation helps with a charity close to my heart.   One very satisfied customer.

Collection4Clothes offer an amazing service and I highly recommend them. I’ve always found them to be reliable and professional, which to me is a winning combination. Very happy with the collection! Due to the large donation we wanted to give we were not comfortable leaving the collection out the same day/time as our recycling. Upon calling Collection 4 clothes, they arranged a pick up time suitable to me. The collection followed strict covid guidelines and was very efficient.

The driver arrived promptly and was very efficient. The main benefit was having somebody to help with the organising, via email, so that it could all be well co-ordinated; somebody to contact if needed. J was extremely helpful in this regard.

I was very happy with my collection on Saturday. The driver came early that morning which meant I wasn't waiting around all day for the collection, although I am aware I could have left the bags outside if I was planning on going out but feel more comfortable being present for the collection especially as there is alot of bags to collect. Having a personal collection means I am more likely to donate to charity as it is very unlikely I would get around to it anytime soon if I had to drop it off myself. Plus my husband suffers with a bad back so would be unlikely he could do it. I like to donate to Birmingham children's hospital charity as I like to give something back to them after spending alot of time in there with my son.

Outstanding service, thanks so much for collecting the bags of clothes, having spoken to a very helpful lady on the phone & then booking in the collection for a Saturday, perfect service - thank you!

I emailed with a collection request on 04/04/23, and got a phone call back alarmist immediately to arrange a time and date to pick up. I had multiple boxes and suitcases filled with items rather than bags which they said would be ok. Received another call on Thursday to confirm they were going to arrive on Saturday 08/04/23, probably in the morning. They arrived a little early- 7.45 am just as I was putting the last box out. The driver was very polite and helpful, his companion a little less so who didn't look happy at the number of items to be taken away. The van was huge however, with lots of space and I did tell them that I had cleared this with whom ever I spoke to on the phone.
I was very happy with the service and would gladly recommend them and use them again myself.

The Chat assistant on the website answered all my questions and enabled me to book a collection there and then with a day that was very convenient. The driver and his assistant were friendly and very efficient, what tooks us days to gather together they loaded up in minutes. I booked a bulk collection of 30+ bags via email, the team responding were very polite and helpful and explained every detail clearly. The driver came to collect my bags on Saturday between 8 and 3. They knocked on my door, were very helpful and then took my bags. He wore an ID to show who he was and worked for. Would 100% use again. Excellent customer service. 5 stars!

I can heartedly recommend the services of Collection4clothes. My mother died recently which left us with a mountain of clothes and items with little to no value.

Arranging for delivery of a large number of bags to my home (some 100 miles) from my mother’s was simple and arranging collection of the filled bags on a Sat morning was simple – speaking to a person and not a website.

The collection driver got his van as close to the door as he could, allowing me to put the bags in his van. The driver stayed in the back of the van to maintain distance.

These companies provide a valuable service. Without “collection 4clothes” these items could well have ended up in a skip.

We had three large (and heavy) bags of unwanted clothes that we wanted to give to a charity organisation, but during the pandemic, all the physical charity shops are currently closed. But we were delighted to find "Collections4Clothes" so they could collect the bags from our address, and mostly because they are raising funds for Birmingham Childrens' Hospital - a very worthy and deserving local charity in Birmingham. Contacting them was very easy, and they returned our calls very promptly and were able to arrange collection from our home very quickly after speaking to them on the phone. We'll definitely be using them again when we've got more unwanted clothes to give to a charity organisation. Keep up the good work, Collections4Clothes!

I just wanted to say how happy I am about the prompt and easy way that the issue with my letterbox has been resolved -in contacting your agency directly and then being able to have a personal conversation with you over the phone very promptly, then with the email confirmation that all I need to do was present the invoice and the prompt paying of that invoice when presented. This has been really a positive experience for me and I am very grateful for the way that this has been handled.

The pick up was great and very thankful that you picked up the clothes. It's really nice to know these will either go to people that are in need of will changed to cash to help. The person that picked them up was very nice, my husband told me. I was unable to meet the person as I have to isolate.

You are really good. I had quite a lot of bags, so I only put 3 on the road, I was going to ask the driver to take the rest when they came as I’m too old to bring them all out. I went to the kitchen and missed them. I called the office, and the driver was back within 10 minutes. I am very impressed with the service and the ladies in the office, they are so professional and friendly!

Great service. Had a good clear out with over 15 bags of clothes. Clothes were collected from my home at the date given by a friendly polite driver. He even mentioned they take toys too. Which was great as I had been looking for somewhere to drop off used toys. Saved me all the hassle of driving around with them to recycling bins.
